Current website policy

Last updated October 24, 2026.

Scope

This policy applies to tirav.com and the corporate contact form. It does not replace separate agreements or privacy notices that may apply to Orbitlink, TIRAV Managed IT or a contracted service.

Information collected

The form collects name, business email, organization, optional phone number, service category, city or location count, timeline and the business challenge supplied by the visitor.

Hidden attribution fields record the contact-page path and title, selected lead division, tirav.com as lead source and any UTM campaign parameters present in the contact-page URL. Netlify also processes technical request and anti-spam information needed to host, secure and operate the form.

Purpose and handling

TIRAV uses inquiry information to understand the request, route it to the appropriate business, respond, maintain relevant business records and protect the form from misuse. The website is not intended for passwords, credentials, health information, surveillance footage or other sensitive personal or operational data.

Partner and physical-security inquiries

An initial inquiry about video, entry, intercom, legacy lines or other facility systems should describe the business requirement without attaching surveillance footage, access records, credentials, life-safety records or other sensitive operational data. Project-specific privacy and data-handling requirements require separate review.

Service providers and recipients

Netlify hosts tirav.com, processes and stores verified form submissions, applies form-spam controls and sends submission notifications. Each verified inquiry is sent to an authorized internal TIRAV or Orbitlink business mailbox. Business email-routing and hosting providers may process the notification and any follow-up correspondence. TIRAV may also disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect the website, its users or its legal rights.

Retention and privacy requests

TIRAV reviews stored Netlify contact submissions and associated notification emails monthly. Inactive inquiries are assessed once they have been inactive for 12 months. The 12-month point triggers review, not automatic deletion. Records no longer required for a legitimate business, contractual, tax, regulatory, legal or dispute-resolution purpose are deleted; records with a continuing need may be retained. Significant deletion decisions are recorded, and relevant email copies are included in the review.

Atikur Rahaman, Founder & Director, is responsible for privacy requests. To ask whether TIRAV holds personal information about you, or to request access, correction or deletion, email concierge@tirav.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. Include your name, the business email used in the inquiry and enough detail to locate the record. TIRAV may verify identity and authority before responding. Requests are handled subject to applicable law, including any permitted or required limits on access or deletion.

Policy updates

TIRAV may update this policy when website practices, service providers or legal requirements change. The revision date above identifies the current published version.
